I think people who do that to animals should be locked up – in their cars on a hot day for two hours just so they know what the poor animal goes through. And by locked up I mean leg irons and handcuffs so they can’t get out.

OMG, that pisses me off so much!! How much thought process does it take to make the simple connection: I would not be comfortable sitting in a car in this heat = my dog would not be comfortable sitting in a car in this heat. I’d like to kick those guys where it would really hurt.
