According to our local news rag, the University of Sorta’ Cosmopolitan has cracked the 10,000 student mark this year. Looking at last year’s numbers, I think we have ~300 more students this year than last. We also have ~200 less parking spots this year. I guess that explains the parking situation.
What is doesn’t explain is the lunch time dilemma. [...]
