Today was a much more manageable day. Granted, I didn’t get a lot crossed off my list, but I’m almost at the end of the meeting onslaught. Plus, the meeting I had at 4 today was actually *productive* which is something that never happens in academia. Woot!
I am, however, giving myself the night off. I have big plans — I must watch Grey’s Anatomy and Life on Mars. Tomorrow, I’m going to do my work, then go to The Coach’s homecoming game. Gas is less than $3, so I am compelled to go. Saturday, I’ll have to work – but I have plans to go see the new Oliver Stone movie. Yes, it’s the little things that make life worth living.
Now, if only my commute would improve.
