Disenchanted’s Home for Disabled Pets, Monday Edition

Can someone please explain to me how such a hyperactive kitty can have such bad health problems? Over the past few months, Evil Kitten has been killing magnets, shredding my plants, jumping to the top of the curio cabinet, and generally being evil. He thinks he is the Super Siamese … or at the very least, he must think that he has bionic parts. He doesn’t seem sick to me.

And yet, today’s vet visit revealed yet another problem. Evil Kitten has a heart murmur. WTF? First asthma, now this? Fortunately, we don’t have to pill him for this particular problem. It’s more of a “wait-and-see” thing. {Sigh}
